Features

-Provides assistance when you get sick in Japan.
The app integrates symptom translation, personal medical and contact information, and conversation tools.
Communicate necessary medical information at a hospital reception desk in a foreign language, without relying on an interpreter.

-Does not require an internet connection.
After ID activation, the app can be used without an internet connection, so you can avoid high overseas data charges or having to search for Wi-Fi hotspots.

-Saved data translated and displayed immediately.
Data input in the main (native) language will be translated immediately into Japanese with both displayed side-by-side.

-12 Languages Supported.
* Choose from 12 available input languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Thai, Indonesian, Russian, Vietnamese, and Malay.

-Can communicate over 2000 possible symptoms.
Begin by choosing the affected area of the body and the relevant symptom. For symptoms not connected to a single body part, you can choose from general options like “I feel sluggish”, “I feel nauseous” etc. You can also record details of when the symptoms started, and how they have progressed.

-Saves and translates personal medical data.
By recording your medical history in advance, you can easily communicate important information to your doctor through the “Translate” tool. Basic information such as height, weight and blood pressure, as well as more specific details, such as insulin dependence, pacemakers, allergies, medical history, vaccinations, regular medications, state of health and habits, can be saved in the app.

-Includes a phrasebook for situations in and out of medical facilities.
The app includes translations of common conversation phrases used by patients and healthcare staff. The app also has conversation options you can use at drug stores or with hotel staff if you require less urgent assistance.
